Not a one-size fits all convener, The Dartmouth Center for Health Care Delivery Science engages partners from widely varying contexts who want to adapt its resources to serve them, in a community where colleagues can learn from each other. The center is dedicated to developing common models, methods, and metrics, in order to have a basis for sharing research. We are especially invested in the potential for shared learning among the United States, the largest market-based care economy in the world; the United Kingdom, the largest state-funded care economy; and China, the world’s largest emerging care economy. We are aggressively exploring what we can learn from developing and under-resourced economies, which have fewer powerful stakeholders and less money invested in the status quo.
